Where everything comes from
Mystery mail: packages that couldn't be delivered or returned. We pack them into boxes without opening them. Contents are random, and packages may show wear from processing. Toys: every toy in the Big Toy Box is brand new, in its original packaging, from US toy distributors.

What could be in a mystery mail box?
Anything people order online: clothes, beauty, electronics, home goods, toys, accessories. Every box is random, so value varies from box to box. Bigger boxes hold more packages.
Are the mail packages new?
We never open them, so we can't promise. Many items are new; some may be overstock, open-box, or used. Mystery mail boxes are sold as-is, and you must be 18 or older to buy one.
What's in the Big Toy Box?
12 brand-new toys, picked by Nina for the age and gender you tell us at checkout, then gift-wrapped. Toy boxes are for kids ages 3 to 13. Specific brands and characters are not guaranteed. New toy boxes drop every Friday at noon ET.
When will it arrive?
Boxes ship within 2 business days. Order by December 14 for delivery before Christmas. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.
Can I return a box?
Every box is packed for your order, so sales are final. If a box arrives damaged, message us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping across the lower 48 US states. We need a physical address. Alaska and Hawaii are not available yet.
